Cancellation Policy
This Policy explains when and how an AI consultation, human astrologer session, digital report, pooja booking, wallet transaction or physical product order placed through may be cancelled.
Before Service Starts
Eligible services may be cancelled before generation, assignment, preparation, dispatch or session start.
Started Consultations
AI or human consultations generally cannot be cancelled after billing or meaningful service begins.
Before Product Dispatch
Physical product orders may generally be cancelled before packing or dispatch is completed.
Approved Refunds
Refunds resulting from approved cancellations are generally initiated within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation Depends on Service Status
Cancellation eligibility changes once an astrologer is assigned, an AI consultation starts, a report begins generating, pooja materials are arranged or a physical product is packed or dispatched.
Scope of This Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to eligible bookings, orders and transactions completed through , including AI astrology services, human astrologer consultations, customised digital reports, pooja bookings, wallet-supported transactions and physical spiritual products.
The platform is owned and operated by .
This Policy should be read with the Terms and Conditions, Refund and Returns Policy, Pricing Policy and service-specific terms displayed before payment.
General Cancellation Rules
A cancellation request may be accepted where the purchased service or product has not yet been materially processed, consumed or delivered.
Cancellation eligibility may depend on:
- The type of service, booking or product.
- Whether payment has been successfully confirmed.
- Whether an astrologer, priest, temple, seller or other service provider has been assigned.
- Whether service preparation or report generation has started.
- Whether a physical product has been packed, handed to a courier or dispatched.
- Whether the user has already accessed, downloaded or consumed the service.
- Any specific cancellation condition displayed before purchase.
AI Astrologer Consultations
An AI consultation may be cancelled before the session starts, before a paid message or report is generated or before the purchased usage is consumed.
Once the AI consultation has started and meaningful content has been generated, the consumed portion is generally not cancellable.
- Unused prepaid AI packages may be cancelled only where the displayed plan allows cancellation.
- Time or messages already consumed will not be restored merely because the user disagrees with the astrology interpretation.
- A session affected by a verified platform error may qualify for credit, correction or refund under the Refund and Returns Policy.
- Promotional or free AI credits are not cancellable or redeemable for cash.
Instant Human Astrologer Consultations
An instant chat, voice or video consultation may be cancelled before the user is connected to the astrologer and before consultation billing begins.
Once the session is connected and billing starts, the consultation is considered active and cannot ordinarily be cancelled.
- Charges already incurred for consultation time are generally non-refundable.
- Ending the session voluntarily is treated as completion of the consumed consultation time.
- Disagreement with a prediction or suggested belief-based remedy is not by itself a valid cancellation reason.
- Verified billing or connection errors may be separately reviewed.
Scheduled Consultations and Appointments
A scheduled consultation should be cancelled as early as reasonably possible through the account dashboard or available support channel.
The cancellation window and any applicable fee may depend on the astrologer, service type, scheduled time and terms displayed during booking.
- Cancellation before astrologer assignment may qualify for a full refund or wallet credit.
- Cancellation after astrologer assignment may result in a reasonable booking or preparation deduction.
- Cancellation shortly before the appointment may qualify only for partial credit, rescheduling or no refund.
- A completed or substantially completed appointment cannot be cancelled retrospectively.
Where a specific appointment displays an exact cancellation deadline, that deadline will apply to the booking.
Kundli and Digital Report Cancellation
A paid Kundli, horoscope matching report, life report or other customised digital service may be cancelled only before generation or manual preparation begins.
Once the system or assigned astrologer has started generating, writing or preparing a customised report, the order may become non-cancellable.
- A generated, downloaded, displayed or delivered report cannot ordinarily be cancelled.
- Incorrect birth or personal information entered by the user does not create an automatic cancellation right.
- Correction or regeneration may involve an additional charge where the original details were supplied incorrectly.
- A failed or undelivered report may be handled under the Refund and Returns Policy.
Pooja and Spiritual-Service Cancellation
A pooja or spiritual-service booking may be cancelled before a priest, temple or service provider is assigned and before preparation begins.
Cancellation eligibility may reduce after:
- A priest, temple or service provider is confirmed.
- Pooja materials, offerings, prasad or other items are purchased or arranged.
- Personalised sankalp or ritual preparation begins.
- Travel, venue or third-party service expenses are incurred.
- The pooja or spiritual service has started or been completed.
Where preparation has started, the platform may offer partial refund, rescheduling or service credit after deducting reasonable non-recoverable costs.
Physical Product Order Cancellation
A physical product order may generally be cancelled before it is packed, shipped or handed to the courier.
- Submit the cancellation request immediately after placing the order.
- Cancellation is confirmed only after the order status is successfully updated.
- An order already dispatched cannot ordinarily be cancelled through the cancellation process.
- After dispatch, return or replacement eligibility will be governed by the Refund and Returns Policy.
- Customised, personalised, energised, engraved, specially sourced or prepared products may become non-cancellable once preparation starts.
- Perishable, consumable or ritual materials may become non-cancellable after packing or procurement.
Refusing an order at delivery without an approved cancellation may result in shipping or return-to-origin cost deductions.
Wallet Top-Ups and Wallet Transactions
A successful wallet top-up cannot ordinarily be cancelled once the amount has been credited and made available for use.
- Duplicate, failed or incorrectly credited transactions may be reviewed.
- Wallet amounts already consumed cannot be cancelled retrospectively.
- Promotional, referral or bonus credits cannot be converted into cash.
- Reversal of a fraudulent or disputed payment may result in corresponding wallet adjustment.
- A wallet refund may be subject to payment-source verification and applicable legal requirements.
Subscriptions and Recurring Plans
Where the platform introduces subscription or recurring-payment plans, the user may cancel future renewal through the available account control or support channel.
- Cancellation prevents eligible future renewals.
- Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
- The current billing period is generally non-refundable after substantial use begins.
- Promotional or trial plans may carry separate cancellation and expiry conditions.
- Users should cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next authorised charge.
The exact subscription terms displayed during purchase will apply to the selected plan.
Cancellation by the Platform
The platform may cancel an order, consultation or booking where reasonably necessary because of:
- Astrologer, priest, temple, seller or product unavailability.
- Incorrect pricing, stock or service information.
- Failed payment verification or suspected fraud.
- Technical failure preventing service delivery.
- An incomplete or unserviceable delivery address.
- Prohibited, unlawful, abusive or unsafe service requests.
- Government directions, legal restrictions or events beyond reasonable control.
Where the platform cancels a successfully paid order without delivering the relevant service or product, the eligible amount will normally be refunded or credited.
No-Show, Late Arrival and Missed Sessions
Users should join or remain available for a scheduled consultation at the confirmed time.
- Failure to attend without cancellation may be treated as a no-show.
- A no-show may be non-refundable where the astrologer reserved the scheduled time.
- Late arrival may reduce the available consultation duration.
- The astrologer may leave after a reasonable waiting period.
- Repeated missed bookings may result in booking restrictions.
Where the astrologer fails to attend, the user may be offered rescheduling, wallet credit or refund.
Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation
The platform may offer rescheduling as an alternative to cancellation for scheduled consultations, pooja bookings and other appointment-based services.
- Rescheduling is subject to provider availability.
- A request should be submitted before the original scheduled time.
- Repeated rescheduling may be restricted.
- Price differences may apply where a different provider, service or date is selected.
- Non-recoverable preparation expenses may still be charged.

The refund may be sent to:
- The original payment method.
- The original UPI, card or bank transaction.
- The eligible platform wallet.
- Another verified method where the original payment route is unavailable.

- Report preparation already completed.
- Pooja materials, priest or temple charges.
- Product customisation, packing or procurement costs.
- Shipping, courier or return-to-origin costs.
- Payment-gateway charges where legally and contractually applicable.
Any applicable deduction will be assessed according to the transaction status, displayed terms and actual non-recoverable costs.
Events Beyond Reasonable Control
A consultation, pooja, delivery or other service may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled because of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters, severe weather or fire.
- Internet, hosting, payment or communication outages.
- Illness or unavailability of the assigned professional.
- Transport, courier or supply-chain disruption.
- Public restrictions, strikes or civil disturbance.
- Government orders, legal restrictions or regulatory action.
- Temple closure, religious-calendar changes or other operational restrictions.
In such cases, the platform may offer rescheduling, replacement, service credit or refund according to the circumstances and costs already incurred.
Fraudulent or Abusive Cancellation
A cancellation request may be restricted, rejected or investigated where there is evidence of:
- False payment, service or non-delivery claims.
- Repeated cancellation after reserving astrologers or service providers.
- Coupon, referral, wallet or promotional abuse.
- Multiple accounts created to obtain duplicate benefits.
- Chargeback abuse after successful service delivery.
- Threats, harassment, impersonation or manipulated evidence.
The platform may suspend affected accounts, preserve relevant records and take lawful action where reasonably necessary.
Consumer Rights and Grievance Redressal
This Cancellation Policy does not remove or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Genuine complaints relating to unauthorised cancellation, undelivered paid services, defective goods, duplicate payments or deficient services will be reviewed according to the transaction facts and applicable law.
Users should first submit the matter to the support team or Grievance Officer with the relevant booking, order and payment details.
Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, services, booking methods, technology, platform features or business operations.
The revised Policy will be displayed with an updated effective or last-updated date.
A transaction will generally be reviewed under the cancellation conditions displayed when it was purchased, subject to applicable law and any more favourable resolution offered by the platform.
Cancellation and Grievance Support
Submit the request as early as possible with the relevant order, booking, report or consultation ID. Cancellation is confirmed only after the request is successfully approved or the order status is updated.
