• Pooja and spiritual-service bookings.
• Wallet-supported transactions and promotional credits.
• Spiritual, devotional and astrology-related physical products.

Features may be added, removed, modified, suspended or made available only in selected locations, languages, plans or devices.

Astrology, horoscope readings, Kundli analysis, numerology, spiritual guidance, rituals and related services are based on traditional beliefs, interpretations and personal faith. They are not scientifically proven methods for predicting or guaranteeing future events.

Predictions and interpretations may vary between astrologers, systems, calculation methods, birth details and AI-generated outputs. You remain solely responsible for evaluating and acting upon any information received.

You must not use astrology or spiritual guidance as a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, mental-health professional, lawyer, financial adviser, accountant, emergency service or other licensed professional.

Services generated or substantially assisted by artificial intelligence will be identified as AI-powered or AI astrologer services wherever reasonably applicable.

AI responses are automatically generated from user inputs, astrology data, configured systems and language models. Such responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, inconsistent, outdated or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.

• AI is not a human astrologer or licensed professional.
• AI responses must be independently reviewed before you make any important decision.
• Do not provide passwords, OTPs, payment PINs, banking credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in an AI chat.
• AI consultation fees may be calculated by time, message, report, package or another displayed pricing method.
• The platform may review automated conversations for safety, support, fraud prevention and service improvement as described in the Privacy Policy.

Human astrologers may be employees, independent professionals or third-party service providers listed on the platform. Their experience, verification status, language, availability, consultation rate and service details may be shown on their profile.

Verification or approval of an astrologer means only that the platform has completed the applicable onboarding review. It does not certify the accuracy of every prediction, statement, qualification or result.

Astrologers are responsible for their individual interpretations and conduct. Users must communicate respectfully and must not request illegal, threatening, obscene, discriminatory or harmful advice.

The platform may record or retain consultation metadata, chats or support records where permitted by law and disclosed through the Privacy Policy.

You may be required to register using your name, mobile number, email address, OTP, password or other requested information. You agree to provide correct, current and complete details.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and devices.
• You must not share your OTP, password, wallet access or account with an unauthorised person.
• You must promptly notify support regarding suspected unauthorised access or fraudulent activity.
• You must not create accounts using false, impersonated, stolen or misleading information.
• One person may not create multiple accounts to misuse discounts, referral benefits, free services or promotional credits.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account unless caused directly by a proven platform security failure.

Astrology calculations may depend upon information such as name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, gender preference and other voluntarily provided details.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of submitted details. Incorrect or approximate birth information may materially affect charts, matching, calculations, interpretations and reports.

Where you provide another person's birth details, contact information, photographs or personal data, you confirm that you have lawful authority or consent to provide that information.

Prices for consultations, reports, subscriptions, pooja bookings, products, delivery, platform fees and other services will be displayed before payment or confirmation.

• Consultation charges may be calculated per minute, per message, per session, per report or according to a package.
• Prices may vary by astrologer, service type, duration, language, availability, offer or platform plan.
• Applicable taxes, delivery fees, convenience fees or additional charges will be displayed where required.
• Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI providers or other authorised payment partners.
• A payment is treated as successful only after confirmation is received from the relevant payment system and recorded by the platform.

The platform may correct an obvious pricing, calculation or technical error. Where payment has already been collected for an incorrectly priced order, the platform may cancel the affected order and issue the applicable refund.

The platform may provide a wallet or credit balance to facilitate eligible purchases. The wallet is not a bank account, savings instrument, deposit account or investment product and does not earn interest.

• Wallet usage may be limited to eligible platform services and products.
• Promotional, bonus or referral credits may carry separate validity and usage restrictions.
• Promotional credits are not redeemable for cash unless specifically stated or required by law.
• Cash withdrawal, transfer and refund eligibility will depend on the source of the balance, applicable policy and payment rules.
• Fraudulent, reversed, disputed or incorrectly credited amounts may be placed on hold or adjusted after reasonable review.

Consultation duration may begin when a chat, call or session is connected or when the applicable service indicates that billing has started.

• You must maintain sufficient wallet balance or complete the requested payment.
• A session may end automatically when balance, time, network availability or service limits are exhausted.
• The platform does not guarantee the immediate availability of a particular astrologer.
• Technical interruptions will be reviewed using platform and payment records.
• Users and astrologers must not exchange unauthorised payment details or move platform transactions outside the platform.
• Abusive, sexually explicit, threatening or illegal conversations may be terminated and reported where legally required.

Kundli charts, horoscope reports, matching reports, calculators and other digital content are generated using the information submitted by the user and the calculation system available at that time.

Delivery may occur through the website, account dashboard, downloadable file, email, messaging service or another displayed method.

Once a customised report has been generated, accessed, downloaded or delivered, it may not be cancellable or returnable except where it is defective, duplicated, materially incomplete or not delivered due to a verified platform error.

Digital reports are licensed for personal, non-commercial use and must not be resold, republished or represented as your own commercial work.

Pooja and spiritual-service bookings may be performed by priests, temples, partner providers or other service professionals. Booking information, inclusions, materials, location, date, expected delivery and participation method will be displayed where applicable.

• Booking dates and times may be subject to provider availability, religious calendars and operational conditions.
• Images, videos, prasad, certificates or other booking deliverables are provided only when included in the purchased service.
• Rescheduling or cancellation may be restricted after materials are purchased, preparations begin or the service provider is assigned.
• Rituals and spiritual services do not guarantee any desired result.

Product listings may include spiritual products, devotional items, gemstones, accessories, books, pooja materials or other permitted merchandise.

• Product images are illustrative and minor differences in colour, texture, packaging, shape or appearance may occur.
• Product availability, dispatch and delivery estimates are subject to stock, serviceability, courier operations and events beyond reasonable control.
• You must provide a complete and serviceable delivery address and reachable contact number.
• Delivery may be delayed by weather, public restrictions, transport issues, festivals, natural events or courier disruptions.
• Any spiritual, healing or astrological description of a product is belief-based and does not guarantee a medical, financial, personal or spiritual result.

Refund, cancellation, return, replacement and delivery eligibility will be governed by the separate policy applicable to the relevant service or product.

Completed consultations, consumed wallet services, delivered digital reports and completed pooja services are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

A refund may be considered for a verified duplicate charge, failed transaction, undelivered paid service, material platform error or another case stated in the applicable policy.

Damaged, defective or incorrect physical products must be reported within the period stated in the Refund and Returns Policy, together with the requested photographs, video, packaging and order details.

You must use the platform lawfully, respectfully and only for its intended purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform for fraud, impersonation, harassment, stalking, threats, exploitation or other unlawful conduct.
• Upload obscene, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, infringing or malicious content.
• Seek instructions for violence, self-harm, illegal activity, blackmail or exploitation.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt or bypass platform security, payments or access controls.
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, referrals, discounts, consultation time or wallet balances.
• Record, publish or commercially distribute a private consultation without lawful consent.
• Collect or misuse the personal information of another user, astrologer, employee or service provider.
• Make unauthorised commercial use of platform content, reports, software, designs or data.

The platform name, logo, design, software, databases, interface, graphics, written content, calculations, reports, videos, audio, trademarks and other materials are owned by or lawfully licensed to .

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access platform content for personal and lawful use.

You must not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, republish, frame, reproduce, extract, create derivative works from or commercially exploit platform materials without prior written permission.

The platform may use or link to payment gateways, communication providers, analytics tools, AI providers, courier companies, mapping services, astrologers, priests, temples and other third parties.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The platform is not responsible for an independent third party's website, service interruption, security incident, statement or conduct except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

Personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law.

Depending on the service used, information may include identity and contact details, birth information, device information, transaction records, consultation records, support communications and preferences.

Information may be shared with astrologers, service providers, payment partners, delivery providers or authorities only for stated, lawful and reasonably necessary purposes.

Users may exercise available data rights or submit a grievance through the contact details provided below and in the Privacy Policy.

The platform is provided on an availability basis. Continuous, uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Access may be affected by maintenance, internet failure, hosting problems, software updates, payment-system delays, cyber incidents, third-party outages, legal requirements or events beyond reasonable control.

The platform may temporarily restrict features, suspend transactions or require verification to protect users, investigate fraud or maintain system security.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not liable for decisions, losses, actions or consequences arising solely from your reliance on astrology, AI-generated content, spiritual guidance or personal interpretations.

The platform will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, reputation or anticipated benefit, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, breach of a non-excludable statutory duty or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Any monetary liability will be assessed under applicable law and the facts of the specific transaction. These Terms do not restrict any non-waivable consumer right.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, expenses or liabilities arising from your unlawful use of the platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights or unauthorised submission of another person's data.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify the platform for the platform's own negligence, legal violation, fraud or wilful misconduct.

The platform may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:

• Violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Fraud, chargeback abuse, payment manipulation or suspicious transactions.
• Harassment or abuse of users, astrologers, employees or service providers.
• Security risks, unauthorised access or misuse of platform systems.
• Requests from courts, regulators or law enforcement authorities.

Where appropriate, the platform may provide notice or an opportunity to respond. Immediate action may be taken for urgent security, fraud, safety or legal reasons.

Termination does not remove liabilities, payment obligations or rights that arose before termination.

These Terms and platform transactions are governed by the laws of India, including applicable consumer protection, e-commerce, electronic transaction, contract, information-technology and data-protection laws, as amended from time to time.

Before initiating formal proceedings, users are encouraged to submit the matter to the Grievance Officer with the registered email or mobile number, relevant order or consultation ID, payment details and a clear description of the issue.

Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other statutory jurisdiction available under law, courts and competent authorities having jurisdiction in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh may hear disputes connected with these Terms.

The platform may update these Terms to reflect new services, legal requirements, security practices, technology or business operations.

The updated version will be displayed with a revised effective or last-updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, account, email or another appropriate method.

Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where separate consent is required by law.

Where any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. These Terms, together with referenced policies and transaction-specific disclosures, form the agreement between the user and the platform.
